Zandi A, et al. - A comparative scrutiny was pursued of the findings of internal browpexy (IBP) and temporal brow lift (TBL), in patients with dermatochalasis undergoing simultaneous upper blepharoplasty. It was inferred that the combination of internal browpexy and blepharoplasty possibly presented as a better procedure in patients with upper eyelid dermatochalasis, with regard to the long-lasting stability and lateral brow elevation.
