Kruse CS, et al. – The link between telehealth and patient satisfaction in terms of effectiveness and efficiency was gauged during this research. Several factors of association between telehealth and patient satisfaction were determined. Knowledge of these could assist the implementers to match interventions as solutions to specific problems.
