Target temperature 34 vs. 36°C after out-of-hospital cardiac arrest: A retrospective observational study
Acta Anaesthesiologica Scandinavica Aug 19, 2017
Arvidsson L, et al. – The impact of changing targeted temperature management (TTM) from 34 to 36°C on patient outcome following out–of–hospital–cardiac–arrest (OHCA), was assessed. Findings reported that mortality or neurological outcome after OHCA did not differ between TTM at 34°C and TTM at 36°C. These findings were in line with the previous TTM–trial results, supporting the use of either target temperature in authors' institution.
