Gu Q, et al. - This research strived to update and inspect the evidence from randomized controlled trials of Tai chi for patients with chronic heart failure. Irrespective of the heterogeneity and risk of bias, the yielded findings affirmed that tai chi could serve as an effective cardiac rehabilitation technique for such patients. The exclusion of the risk of bias warranted advanced research.
