Mochizuki K, et al. – The efficacy of T cell replete (TCR)–haploidentical second hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) was examined for primary graft failure (GF) in children with hematologic malignancies. Outcomes supported that TCR–haploidentical second HSCT was feasible for pediatric patients. Moreover, this approach might provide a potent option for children with primary GF.
