Andreev VP, et al. - Experts used the cluster analysis to identify novel symptom-based subtypes of women with lower urinary tract symptoms. They evaluated the baseline urinary symptom questionnaire data from 545 care-seeking female participants enrolled in the Symptoms of Lower Urinary Tract Dysfunction Research Network (LURN) Observational Cohort Study. In the women seeking care for Lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) cluster, 4 clusters of four distinct symptom groups were identified and these clusters differed from conventional clinical diagnostic groups.
