Castiglione F, et al. - This research was formulated in order to abridge the available information regarding the surgical techniques for management of post-prostatectomy erectile dysfunction. Nerve-sparing surgery and penile prostheses served as the only methods to permanently and definitively preserve the erectile function after radical prostatectomies (RP), taking into account the failure of penile rehabilitation and the paucity of evidence for accessory pudendal artery (APA) preservation and nerve graft.
