Chahine E, et al. - This study aimed at describing the principles of management of gastrogastric fistula (GGF) after Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB). Authors, in addition, reviewed the literature regarding this complication. Findings suggested rare occurrence of GGF after RYGB. Its pathophysiology remained uncertain. Surgical management seemed the definitive treatment.
