Weng JC, et al. - Researchers here proposed a tailored management strategy based on their management of intracranial chondromas (ICDs). They suggested individualizing the therapeutic strategy for ICDs and considering preoperative variables. GTR was attempted if the tumors were resectable; otherwise, subtotal resection was alternative. In patients with both partial resection (PR) and evident atypia/mitotic activity, consultation with oncologist for radiotherapy was recommended.
