Metser U, et al. - Whether or not integrated 18F-fluorocholine (FCH) PET whole-body MRI (PET/WBMRI) depicted lymph node and distant metastases in patients with high-risk prostate cancer more frequently compared to conventional staging was determined. Markedly more metastatic lesions were noted via FCH PET and FCH PET/WBMRI in patients with high-risk prostate cancer compared to conventional imaging and WBMRI. Stage determined with PET/WBMRI was assoicated with early outcomes.
