Bergman J, et al. - Here, the researchers described their clinical experience with escitalopram (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) for treating visual hallucinations (VH) in Parkinson's Disease (PD) patients. As a treatment of VH in PD patients, escitalopram was well tolerated. This medication could be a promising optional therapy for this disturbance. However, further randomized controlled and bigger studies were required.
