Fenniche S, et al. - The safety and efficacy of 1-year treatment of recalcitrant vitiligo with a combination of 308-nm excimer lamp (EL) and khellin were comprehensively analyzed during this trial. It was determined that this combination of 308-nm EL and khellin was a safe and effective therapy. It was illustrated as a new alternative therapy for vitiligo.
