Che W, et al. - Researchers sought to determine the immediate and long-term clinical outcomes of stenting for middle aortic syndrome (MAS) secondary to Takayasu arteritis (TA). Percutaneous aortic stenting resulted in good immediate and long-term clinical outcomes and hence, affords a highly efficacious and safe treatment option for patients with MAS caused by TA.
