Gonzalez JG, et al. - Researchers, in this work, examined the effect of music therapy on maternal anxiety, before and after a non-stress test (NST), and the effect of maternal anxiety on the birthing process and birth size. Findings confirmed the potential of music therapy intervention during pregnancy in reducing elevated state-trait anxiety levels during the third trimester.
