Hara D, et al. - Sports participation and activity levels were investigated in Asian total hip arthroplasty (THA) cohort and compared them between THA and periacetabular osteotomy (PAO) cohorts. A marked increase in sports participation and activity levels was evident as a result of THA. In addition, it was noted that postoperative activity levels were comparable between THA and PAO cohorts.
