Splicing variant profiles and single nucleotide polymorphisms of the glucocorticoid receptor gene in relation to glucocorticoid sensitivity of B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukaemia
Hematological Oncology Sep 02, 2017
Huang M, et al. – In this study, researchers needed to elucidate splicing variant profiles and single nucleotide polymorphisms of the glucocorticoid (GC) receptor gene in relation to glucocorticoid sensitivity of B–cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukaemia(BCP–ALL). Isoform profiles and single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) genotypes of the GC receptor (GR) gene seemed to be useful indicators of GC sensitivity in BCP–ALL.
