Pechmann A, et al. - Here, the authors described their single-center experience with intrathecal administration of Nusinersen in children with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA). For intrathecal administration of Nusinersen, lumbar punctures could be performed without any relevant complications. In all investigated age groups, with the described approach lumbar punctures were tolerated well.
