Rozemeijer R, et al. - Safety and efficacy of short-term (up to 6 months) vs long-term (12 months) dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) after drug-eluting stent (DES) implantation were assessed herein. Without increasing all-cause death, myocardial infarction, stent thrombosis, or stroke, short DAPT following DES implantation provided a significant reduction of major bleeding events.
