Serum microRNA screening and functional studies reveal miR-483-5p as a potential driver of fibrosis in systemic sclerosis
Journal of Autoimmunity Jan 28, 2018
Chouri E, et al. - Levels of microRNAs (miRNAs) were assessed in the serum of systemic sclerosis (SSc) patients, as well as, their expression in early stages of the disease. Up-regulation of miR-483-5p was seen in the serum of SSc patients, from the early stages of the disease onwards.
