Engel–Yeger B, et al. – Researchers desired to know whether significant correlations exist between sensory profiles, hypomania, self–reported depression, and hopelessness and whether sensory profiles may be a significant mediator between hypomania and depression/hopelessness. They suggested that low registration was related to enhanced depressed mood and hopelessness, on the other hand, sensory seeking might be considered as a resilient factor.
