Pan CW, et al. – The aim of the present study was to explore the relationships between self–reported sleep quality and duration with health–related quality of life (HRQOL) in older Chinese. The authors concluded that poor sleep quality and extreme sleep durations appeared to be negatively related to HRQOL in older Chinese adults.
