Lin HW, et al. - The relationships between hearing difficulty and risk of accidental injuries among US adults were assessed by the researchers. A significant association of the hearing difficulty with accidental injury, especially injury related to work or leisure was noted. The accidental injury could be decreased via increasing the awareness about hearing difficulty and its proper screening and management.
