Graham D, et al. - Here, the authors aimed to describe their 20 years of experience with corpus callosotomy at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, London and the Children's Hospital at Westmead, Sydney. Corpus callosotomy was a well-tolerated procedure. It was effective at reducing the severity of drop attacks among paediatric patients. If the drop attacks returned, they possibly occurred within 12 months. Hence, the number of antiepileptic drugs could be significantly reduced.
