O'Reilly EM, et al. - Researchers in this trial sought to assess the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics, and initial efficacy of necuparanib combined with gemcitabine ± nab-paclitaxel in patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer. They observed that necuparanib, nab-paclitaxel, and gemcitabine demonstrated acceptable safety and encouraging signals of activity in these patients.
