Safety of nebulized epinephrine in smoke inhalation injury

Foncerrada G, et al. - Researchers performed this pilot study to assess the safety of nebulized racemic epinephrine when used as a therapy for smoke inhalation injury in severely burned children. In the current study, epinephrine seemed safe when administered to pediatric burn patients with smoke inhalation injury.
