Padberg S, et al. - Researchers determined the risk of major birth defects and spontaneous abortion after first-trimester exposure to diclofenac. Results suggested that diclofenac exposure was not associated with a substantial teratogenic risk. In addition, no increased risk of spontaneous abortion was evident.
