Gallagher S, et al. - In this work, the experience of researchers with the drainless abdominoplasty in patients who have undergone massive weight loss (MWL) after a bariatric procedure was shared. Post–bariatric surgery patients were considered at higher risk for postoperative complications. However, by using a progressive tension suture technique, drainless abdominoplasty could be safely offered to this population.
