Zurkiya O, et al. - The intent behind this research, was to assess the role of endovascular therapy in the management of venous thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS), with an emphasis on its role after surgical decompression. In the management of patients with clinically suspected venous TOS, combining venography and endovascular venous intervention with surgical decompression was safe and effective. With a low rate of symptom recurrence, postdecompression venoplasty appeared to be highly effective.
