Zurkiya O, et al. - An inquiry was set up with regard to the role of endovascular therapy in the management of venous thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS), with a special focus on its role after surgical decompression. It was discovered that combining venography and endovascular venous intervention with surgical decompression was safe and effective. Data illustrated that postdecompression venoplasty was highly effective, displaying a low rate of symptom recurrence.
