Wei EX, et al. - The authors aimed to investigate whether saccular impairment in Alzheimer's disease (AD) was correlated with driving difficulty. A novel link was noted between saccular impairment and driving difficulty in mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and AD patients. Findings showed that driving difficulty could be a real-world manifestation of impaired spatial cognition associated with saccular impairment.
