Zhang C, et al. - Whether or not histologic subtyping of complex atypical hyperplasia (CAH) predicts endometrial adenocarcinoma (ADCA) was determined. CAH on office biopsy had a higher association of ADCA (46.6%) compared to a diagnosis made on curettage (31.1%).
