Flerlage T, et al. - This paper entailed the elucidation of the clinical course of rotavirus infection in pediatric allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT) recipients and a single-center experience with nitazoxanide and oral immunoglobulins as potential therapeutic options. Findings demonstrated a prolonged course of illness in pediatric HCT recipients. Furthermore, results disclosed that nitazoxanide was a safe therapeutic choice.
