Bayne CE, et al. - In this meta-analysis, researchers aimed to examine the literature reporting the impact of urinary tract infection (UTI) on non-schistosomiasis-related UBC (UBCNS). Findings suggested that particularly in men, exposure to UTI favored elevated risk for UBCNS, but these impacts were statistically insignificant while pooling data from the most recent and highest quality studies.
