Role of intravoxel incoherent motion MRI in early assessment of the response of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma to chemoradiotherapy: A pilot study
Journal of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Jan 10, 2018
Zheng H, et al. - This pilot study was designed to investigate the role of intravoxel incoherent motion (IVIM) MRI in the early assessment of the response of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) to chemoradiotherapy (CRT). For inoperable ESCC, IVIM parameters proved useful in assessing response to definitive concurrent CRT. At an early stage of treatment, IVIM parameters combined with ADC was a good predictor of response.
