Kulaylat AS, et al. - Researchers performed a comparison of the outcomes of non-emergent laparoscopic and robotic colon resections. In this study, robotic colon resections were associated with similar rates of postoperative morbidity but decreased conversion rates and shorter length of stay after controlling for the operative duration and patient covariates.
