Deng T, et al. - This study was aimed to draw a comparison between the effectiveness and safety of robot-assisted laparoscopic ureteral reimplantation (RALUR) and open ureteral reimplantation (OUR) for the treatment of primary pediatric vesicoureteral reflux (VUR). RALUR, when compared with OUR, was revealed to be an effective surgical approach for primary pediatric VUR. It could assist patients to return to society more quickly. Nonetheless, a cautious consideration of the short-term complications of RALUR, following the operations, was recommended.
