Yoo SH, et al. - The prevalence of osteoporosis and its risk factors in long-term survivors of gastric cancer after gastrectomy were evaluated in this study. In long-term survivors of gastric cancer, osteoporosis was commonly observed, and several risk factors for it were identified. Maintaining adequate body weight could be necessary to reduce the risk of osteoporosis after gastrectomy.
