Zhang J, et al. - The risk factors for the presence of amyloid accumulation in the brains of patients reporting subjective cognitive decline (SCD) were identified. The clinicians revealed that factors associated with amyloid positivity in patients with SCD were female gender, APOE ε4 genotype, and history of cigarettes smoking.
