Kong YL, et al. – This research elucidated the clinical characteristics and therapeutic response of patients with late–onset vitiligo. It was deduced that late–onset vitiligo was not uncommon and displayed the likelihood of being of the focal vitiligo subtype. Nonsegmented vitiligo was more prevalent than segmental vitiligo. Combination therapy with topical medications and phototherapy was superior when compared to monotherapy.
