Resveratrol inhibits proliferation, promotes differentiation and melanogenesis in HT-144 melanoma cells through inhibition of MEK/ERK kinase pathway
Microbial Pathogenesis Sep 26, 2017
Lei MJ, et al. - The impact of resveratrol was examined in this trial, on the viability of HT-144 melanoma cells and formation of melanin. It was illustrated that resveratrol therapy inhibited the proliferation and promoted melanogenesis of HT-144 cells through inhibition of MEK/ERK pathway. Hence, resveratrol served as a framework for additional analysis against melanogenesis.
