Ganesh S, et al. - The goal of this paper was to contemplate the safety, efficacy, and outcomes of manual cyclotorsion compensation in small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE) for myopic astigmatism. The data indicated that manual compensation could be a safe, feasible, and effective approach to refine the results of astigmatism with SMILE, particularly in higher degrees of cylinders.
