Abuzeid O, et al. - The authors performed a comparison of reproductive outcome in infertile patients after hysteroscopic division of incomplete uterine septum or arcuate uterine anomaly. Hysteroscopy correction led to a better reproductive outcome of infertile patients with incomplete uterine septum than those with arcuate uterine anomaly. However, in infertile patients, surgical correction of both such anomalies improved reproductive potential.
