Repeatability and reproducibility of superficial macular retinal vessel density measurements using optical coherence tomography angiography en face images
JAMA Ophthalmology Sep 21, 2017
Lei J, et al. - The goal of this paper was to analyze the repeatability and reproducibility of optical coherence tomographic angiography (OCTA)-derived retinal vascular quantitative metrics. It was disclosed that vessel length density and perfusion density (PD) of the superficial retinal vasculature could be yielded from OCTA images with high levels of repeatability and reproducibility. However, a difference could be noted with scan pattern and location.
