Repeatability and reproducibility of superficial macular retinal vessel density measurements using optical coherence tomography angiography en face images
JAMA Ophthalmology Oct 26, 2017
Lei J, et al. - The purpose of this research was to explore the repeatability and reproducibility of optical coherence tomographic angiography (OCTA)-derived retinal vascular quantitative metrics. The findings depicted that the vessel length density and perfusion density (PD) of the superficial retinal vasculature could be gained via OCTA images with high levels of repeatability and reproducibility. However, a variation could be noted with the scan pattern and location.
