Repeatability and correlations of dynamic contrast enhanced and T2* MRI in patients with advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma
Magnetic Resonance Imaging Mar 06, 2018
Klaassen R, et al. - This research was initiated in order to examine the repeatability and the interaction of dynamic contrast-enhanced (DCE) and T2* MRI in patients with advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Good repeatability of DCE and T2* related MRI parameters was brought to light in advanced PDAC patients. Findings demonstrated the correlation between DCE Ktrans and ve with tissue T2* and R2* pointing out significant value of these parameters for detecting tumor hypoxia.
