Ranganathan R - This study was performed to investigate the use of a body-machine interface to evaluate how participants explore their movement repertoire, and how this changed with continued practice. As per the outcomes, stroke survivors revealed deficits in movement repertoire in their paretic hand, but facilitating movement exploration during training could increase the movement repertoire. This suggested that to regain optimal function, exploration could be an important element of rehabilitation.
