Chavent B, et al. - This research explored the long-term results of renal autotransplantation for renovascular hypertension performed in children who were now 21 years of age or older. Outcomes confirmed that renal autotransplantation provided good and stable long-term results. Moreover, this approach was an effective conservative strategy for treating renovascular hypertension in children and avoided the need for nephrectomy.
