Ochiai T, et al. - This study was designed to assess the impact of renin-angiotensin system (RAS) blockade therapy on left ventricular (LV) hypertrophy and mortality in patients undergoing transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI). Findings demonstrated an association of postoperative RAS blockade therapy with greater LV mass index regression and reduced all-cause mortality.
