Oliveira A, et al. - This study entails an evaluation of the reliability, validity, and the minimal detectable changes (MDC) of computerised respiratory sounds (CRS) in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). According to findings, not only CRS proved to be reliable and valid but also in combination with other clinical and patient-reported measures, these may fill the gap of assessing small airways and contribute towards a patient's comprehensive evaluation.
