Chen Y, et al. - The reliability of temporal bone high-resolution CT (HRCT) was exploratively examined during this research, in patients with traumatic facial paralysis. An estimation of the extent of damage could be yielded via temporal bone HRCT. Hence, significant information for traumatic facial paralysis could be gained before surgery. Yet, it determined to be unreliable in revealing the damage of fallopian canal at the posterior genu and mastoid segment.
